Email Automation
to Improve Efficiency
 |
Hi, I'm Robin Henry and I use email to conduct most of my business. If you
use email too, there's a good chance you are spending so much time
managing it that it's taking you away from your core functions.
It's one of the traps of the new era ... handling email instead of
working on making money! |
If this sounds like a problem you have, you probably
need to consider automating as soon as possible.
When I first started business online I diligently answered each and every email
that arrived in my inbox. At first I only received five or 10 per day. Within a short time, the numbers
increased and I kept answering each personally, but what I found was that a five minute job had quickly
extended into a half hour in the morning, at midday and in the late afternoon. As a one-man-band, it
detracted from the time I had available for more important things.
The solution for me was to automate as much of my email work as
possible. To do that I implemented several strategies ... simple strategies
that save me time (time is money).
To discover some of the simple strategies I use download my 15
page e-document Save Valuable Time: Automate Your Email. It's free and you can implement some of
the solutions immediately. For example, learn how to:
-
Identify unwanted email (SPAM) and delete it without deleting mission
critical messages
-
Automatically manage your incoming email saving you time and effort
-
Automate replies using three different, economical methodologies
-
Where to get further help if you need it
To download my ebook now right click here and select "Save Target As
.... ". Nominate a folder where you want the file saved and save it.
When you double click on the file, which is
ManageEmail.pdf, it will open in Adobe Reader.
I also bought Group Mail Personal, an email management
software system with more grunt than the standard home-user systems. It manages my marketing emails,
newsletters and other bulk mailings to my client lists very effectively.

When I was looking for a program to handle my newsletter list,
I researched seven different
programs and found Group Mail the best value for money. I've
been using the previous version and this recent upgrade for over two years and have never regretted my
purchase.
Group Mail is highly suited for commercial email management of outgoing client messages eg,
if you run an organisation with 5,000 clients to whom you want to send a bi-monthly sales message (you do
have a client list don't you?), Group Mail will handle it exceptionally well indeed. You could even target
email everyone who lived in a particular town, street and so on.
In fact Group Mail will do just about anything you want to do. It
comes with free upgrades for 12 months, numerous plug-ins and produces mail-out logs so you can track
your mailings.
|
Group Mail is highly affordable at the following competitive prices:
Group Mail Personal costs $US139.95
Group Mail Business Edition $US349.95 Group Mail Free, has limited features, but is good for a trial before you
buy.
Most small businesses, like mine, can get by with the PRO
version, but if you need a super-system, the PLUS version will handle any size mailing
list with several high output speeds that aren't Internet Service Provider dependent.
Here's the bottom line ...
If you want to save time by automating your email, you can continue using a generic
email client like MS Outlook 200X and boost list management capability with a professional, high capacity list management
system like Group Mail Pro or Plus.
With the expenses of operating a business increasing, it's more important than ever
that we optimize our business performance by automating wherever possible.
To learn more about what Group Mail can do to get your list management under control
so you can spend more time making money or being with your family, visit the Infacta Site and read all about it. You'll be glad you
did.
To your business success.
