• Business Faculty teacher in the United Arab Emirates and VET teacher and departmental head
• Staff development and training manager in the Australian Public Service
• Police officer in Queensland and Tasmania
• Member of the Royal Australian Air Force
• Boilermaker/Welding apprentice and trades assistant with a Northern Territory mining company

His education and training includes acquisition of degrees or certifications in:

• Master of Education
  (Education Technology)
• Bachelor of Business(HRD/HRM)
• Bachelor of Education (Communication and Education Administration)
• Diploma of Teaching (Technical and Further Education)
• Graduate Certificate in Open and Distance Learning

Personal interests include: digital photography, bush/sand dune bashing, exploring archeologically significant sites, reading, writing, dining with friends, and walking.

Our History

Robin commenced Desert Wave Publishing in 1998 with the intention of publishing instructional media, however, within two years the scope had expanded, so he changed the name to Desert Wave Enterprises. The business is a home-based, international business with clients all over the world. It is operated from Alice Springs in the Northern Territory of Australia, but Robin travels with his laptop and keeps the business going 24/7 from wherever he may be ... an advantage of online businesses.

Our Geographical Region

Alice Springs is almost in the middle of Australia at about grid reference 23 degrees 41'56" South and 133 degrees 52'41" East. If you have Google Earth on your PC, you could visit Alice Springs.
